Terms and Conditions

1. Most items available for immediate delivery.
2. Finish color and wood grain may vary slightly as furniture is made and finished by hand.
3. COM: Add 15% to price. COL: add 20%.
4. COM: fabric should be forwarded to: THE SHOP, 504 E. 74th St, NY, NY 10021 and tagged with your PO# and client reference.
5. A 50% deposit is required to commence stock orders.
6. Custom orders are priced upon request.
7. Full payment required to commence all custom orders.
8. Payment of balance is required prior to release of orders.
9. Goods remain the property of THE SHOP, 504 E. 74th St, NY, NY 10021 until full payment is received.
10. Shipping services are available. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
11. All sales are final.
